Critical electrical systems:
What would happen to your business if the lights went out suddenly tomorrow morning for an unknown length of time? Are you in a business where power outages would be critical or catastrophic: would it shut you down and close you for the duration? Or even worse cost you seriously in penalties or losses of stock. Could it result in permanent damage to your reputation?

This usually means it’s too late……
- Maybe you have a supermarket with a bakery or cold rooms/systems that must be kept going at all costs?
- You’re running a restaurant and need to keep the lights on and the kitchen running.
- You could be a farmer who has to keep feeders moving or milking systems and refrigeration running at all costs.
- An engineering workshop in full work output mode for a big important client,
- A petrol station or heating oil supplier completely dependant on pumping systems,
- An Accountancy firm entirely dependant on their computer systems and network to stay running coming up to Annual return dates.
- A Law firm with vital computer files or maybe an important big case?
- A one man band website or graphic designer who completely depends on computer systems for your livelihood.
- Maybe you are in Construction or Civil works and need lighting and power systems running to make certain that no downtime occurs.
If any of the above applies to you, if the thought of what could happen without an electrical supply breaks you out in a sweat then you should consider talking to us to find out what you need to keep the show on the road during a power outage.
A small bit of emergency planning beforehand will make sure that things are kept going if the worst happens, such as if a storm hits or a construction or other type of accident knocks things out of kilter. These things are often unplanned, outside of anyone’s control and can happen at any time (Usually the worst for you!).
Everyone’s situation is unique:

Stop Panic Attacks!
As a minimum you might need to have a changeover switch system fitted to ensure that a backup generator is connected with the absolute minimum of fuss and downtime. Depending on your needs and unique situation, for example if you need to keep some computer or cash/till systems up and running in the meantime then an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) could be a must. Some clients absolutely must keep some high usage machinery going at all costs for a longer period and their needs could include a permanent on-site power generation system which can take over automatically in the event of a catastrophic power failure.
Everyone’s situation is unique and there is no “One size fits all”.
We provide a critical analysis service which will work out what you need in the case of an emergency, what you should have as a minimum and the best cost and how you should plan for any needs that could crop up at exactly the wrong time for your business.
